I’ve got a few awesome workshops that will inspire, teach, and develop your teams interpersonal skills (emphasis on developer and designer teams). These can be done in-person or remotely.

• How To Be Better To Work With
  Tips and tricks for humans that work with other humans

  Sometimes it’s the little things that seem obvious, but are wildly overlooked, that can make us 100x better to work with. Think of me as the intersection of UX and HR coming to help you and your team with interpersonal communication!

• Solving the "What's Next?" Puzzle

  At the peak of a 15-year-long career path, I hit a deep, dark, loss-fueled “burnout”, felt completely disconnected to everyone and everything, and had no idea how to answer the question, "What's Next?"
  I realized I had accumulated a lot of tools/skills for building outstanding digital products, and decided to run an experiment on myself: Start over and design my life, as if it were a digital product. And I've done exactly that and I want to show you how to do it, too!
  
  In this workshop/talk, I will show you how your own life's journey has equipped you with the tools and skills needed to design the life you want for yourself, and figure out the answer to “What’s next?” anytime it swoops in!

• The Art and Soul of Selling

  Having held roles from in-house teams, to agency partner, to independent consultant, to the C-level I not only had to sell my own ideas and work, but the ideas and work of my teams and colleagues, as well. One of the most important skills I ever learned was how to sell through communication and connection.

  Via stories of client interactions, learning, failing, and other misc experiences, I share lessons helped me sell ideas and designs, and close millions of dollars in deals.

• Tool Builders for Life

  After working in the Web Interaction Design & Development industry from 1998-2013 then hitting a deep, dark “burnout”, I realized I had accumulated a lot of tools for building great digital products, and decided to run an experiment on myself: Redesign my life, as if it were a digital product.

  In this talk, I will share how being a tool builder by trade equipped me with the tools and skills needed to rebuild my life and go on to co-found a company doing some of the most fulfilling work of my life (so far…), and continually figure out the answer to “What’s next?”.
